Domestic Shipping

  • We offer free shipping on all prepaid domestic orders above Rs. 3000 within India. 
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders carry a flat fee of ₹150 per order.
  • For priority or time-bound delivery, please contact our team at sarolivingandgifting@gmail.com, +91-9560317220. Priority shipping charges will be communicated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the delivery location and order volume.

Delivery Timelines

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order summary via email and/or WhatsApp.
  • tracking number will be shared once the order has been dispatched.

Domestic Orders:

  • Dispatch Time: 2–4 business days
  • Delivery Time: 5–10 business days (depending on location)

In rare cases, delivery timelines may extend due to courier constraints or customs regulations.

If you need your order delivered by a specific date, please mention it at checkout or email us at sarolivingandgifting@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged item in transit.
  • You received the wrong product.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Email us at sarolivingandgifting@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the product within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Once approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.
  3. Replacement items will be shipped after we receive and inspect the original product.

Please note:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
  • Shipping costs for sending the product back are to be borne by the customer.

Returns

We do not accept returns on our products, as each item is handcrafted and often produced in small batches.

Refunds

Refunds are processed only in the following situations:

  • If a product is unavailable after purchase.
  • If an exchange is not possible due to stock limitations.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

Cancellations

  • We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
  • Orders placed during sale events or promotions are final and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
